Please be set up 10 minutes
before opening time of each event. (TIMES on unloading sheet)
NO PACKING AWAY BEFORE THE ORGANISER ANNOUNCES THAT EVENT IS CLOSING
AND YOU MAY PACK UP
Normal stall fees include 6ft. 8ft. or 12ft frontage with access to rear
of stall.
Tables are supplied, Chairs are not supplied at any marquee .
Electricity usage is strictly 250 watts per
6ft & 8' stall and 350 watts per 12'. If you use lights you will
need an extension lead (plug in adaptors not allowed) and all electrical equipment
has to meet current safety regulations with an up to date certificate, (you
may be required to produce this). 1x13 amp socket provided per stall if booked,
but this may not be directly behind your table so please ensure your extension
lead is at least 6 metres long.
REMEMBER TO UNPLUG YOUR SUPPLY EACH NIGHT & LIFT ANY PLUGS ETC OFF FLOOR
IF IN A MARQUEE.
High power halogen lights (outdoor type) electric
kettles and heaters cannot be used at any event as they overload the electricity
supply.
Please make sure that your table covering reaches the floor at front,
sides and rear of table so that all stock, flasks etc are hidden from public
view.
Tables must not be moved without permission
as they have been positioned to give the correct width for walkways and fire
exits. A small extra table (we do not provide these) may be used behind
the table we provide.
Rail space, card spinner and rack space must be pre - booked and paid
for to guarantee that space will be available. Please note we do not supply
rails, racks or spinners you must provide your own.
MARQUEE EVENTS - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Your stock may be left overnight but it is not insured by us and is left
entirely at your own risk.
A ground sheet will prove useful for most marquee events, as will a waterproof
sheet to cover your stall at night.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
We hold Public Liability Insurance for all events, but this does not
cover you or your goods or any injury to customers, which is caused by, or arises
from your actions or a product you have sold.
Hygiene certificate is compulsory for anyone selling food; this must
be displayed on your stall.
We do have a contact for competitively priced insurance which is Market

We expect all exhibitors to provide their own Public
Liability Insurance.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION CHARGES
If you are booking just one fair please enclose full payment for that
event.
If you are booking more than one event please enclose the full amount
for the first event plus a £80 fee to cover any cancellation charges that
you may incur.
Any Fair cancelled with less than 14 days notice
will be charged in full.
All other cancellations incur a cancellation fee of £15 per DAY
per 6' & 8' stall. £25 per DAY per 10' & 12' stall an
If no cancellations are made the £80 fee will be deducted from
the amount due for the last fair booked.
Subsequent fairs are to be paid one fair in advance. i.e. when attending
the first fair you will pay for the second one and so on.
Any exhibitor failing to attend on the day will
be charged in full.
Refunds cannot be given on any event which has to be abandoned due to
extreme weather conditions or for any other circumstances beyond our control.
Anyone cancelling at short notice i.e. morning of Show or day before,
please phone and speak to me do not email.
ONLY THOSE ITEMS WHICH ARE AGREED AND LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM MAY
BE DISPLAYED.
JEWELLERY CANNOT BE MIXED WITH OTHER ITEMS. Except at Craft,
Gift & Jewellery event
WE DO NOT ALLOW RAFFLES OR LUCKY DIPS.
DISPLAY STANDS MUST BE NO MORE THAN 6' - 6" HIGH IF FREE STANDING
OR 4' IF PLACED ON TABLE TOP AND SECURELY CLAMPED IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
We do not allow any type of animal fur items,
this includes hats, gloves scarves or clothing

TRADERS WHO DO LEAVE RUBBISH WILL BE CHARGED £5 THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED
FROM YOUR CANCELLATION DEPOSIT
