Please note
There is a £80 refundable charge for Multiple Event Booking, chargeable against cancellations.
This also guarantees your future bookings. The charge is refundable at the end of the current year.

* PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION CHARGES
• If you are booking just one event, please enclose full payment for that event.
• If you are booking more than one event, please enclose the full amount for the first event plus a £80 fee to cover any cancellation charges that you may incur.
• You will be charged in full for any event you cancel giving us less than 14 days notice
• All other cancellations incur a cancellation fee of £15 per DAY per 6' & 8' stall. £25 per DAY per 12' stall
• If no cancellations are made the £80 fee will be deducted from the amount due for the last fair booked.
• Subsequent fairs are to be paid one fair in advance. i.e. when attending the first fair you will pay for the second one and so on.
• Any exhibitor failing to attend on the day will be charged in full.
• Any last minute cancellations ring me on my mobile. Please do not e-mail

1. Due to the nature of some of our locations, Northwest Craft Fairs Ltd cannot be responsible for any Wi-Fi connection.
2. May we remind our traders that selling in the aisles and walkways is forbidden.
3. If rail space is required as an addition then this must be booked and paid for - see booking form
4. Please note there is no provision for electricity overnight.
5. Northwest Craft Fairs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury to exhibitors or for any loss or damage to any of their goods whilst attending any of the events organised by them.
6. Northwest Craft Fairs Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings and return deposits at their discretion.
7. Refunds cannot be given on any event that has to be abandoned due to extreme weather conditions or for any other circumstances beyond our control.
** PUBLIC LIABILTY INSURANCEPublic liability insurance covers the cost of legal action and compensation claims made against your business if a third party is injured or their property suffers damage whilst at your business premises or when you are working in their home, office or business property
